We use the latest estimating and claims management systems to offer a paramount service that includes carrying out a detailed vehicle histories and prior-to-inspection checks to ensure any previous claims history is found.
Our team of experienced and professionally qualified engineers all have a minimum 5 years hands on experience in vehicle damage estimating and assessment and are appropriately qualified via the Institute of Automotive Engineers Assessors (IAEA). They cover most of the UK, delivering on our pledge to complete our inspection and deliver our comprehensive report within 5 days from receipt of instruction.

Efficient, effective and professional service delivery
State of the art software
Freedom Assessors’ state of the art vehicle estimating software allows repairers to network estimates using the internet. Repairers are able to compile a fully costed estimate based on TTS (Thatcham Time Schedule) times and methods and submit these with images to Vehicle Damage Assessors, allowing our Engineers to audit and agree fair and reasonable costs with the repairer.
